LIBERTARIAN PARTY NATIONAL CONVENTION

July 9 I'll be giving about 5 presentations in Orlando, Florida at the Libertarian Party National Convention.  No, I am not a registered member of the Libertarian Party; I'm not a member of any political party.  But it's still an honor to be invited and a pleasure to address this remarkable group.

And yes, I'd be glad to address any political convention; this is just the first one to ask.  If you or friends would like to come to Orlando for the day, please do--it would get the Libertarian's attention if a few folks came just for that day to hear the lunatic.

And what will I say to these folks?

Here are the talk titles:  TASTY YEARNINGS:  FILLING FOOD FREEDOM.  This one is about positive options for food freedom since libertarians are often known as being against virtually all government programs.  Here's something  you can be for instead of against.

EVERYTHING I WANT TO DO IS ILLEGAL.  Based on my book of that title, containing a lifetime of abuse at the hands of bureaucrats.  More importantly, it explains what could be available in the marketplace were prejudicial regulators less powerful.

DO I OWN MY CREEK?  As cultish defenders of property rights, too many libertarians refuse to acknowledge the commons and a higher responsibility to steward shared resources.  I'll explore our obligations to future generations through creation care and this is sure to raise some eyebrows at this gathering.

A FEAST FOR EVERYONE    Focusing on food security, this talk digs into resiliency and fragility in America's food system.  Encouraging individual participation, I'll challenge folks to garden, buy direct from farmers, and invest in non-industrial food systems.  Libertarians in general avidly defend GMOs and big business.

CIRCUMVENTION NOT COMPLIANCE      I'll take off where the Rogue Food Conference left off, identifying numerous underground and guerilla tactics to work around burdensome and asinine regulations that inhibit integrity food entrepreneurs and disallow affordable authentic options in the marketplace.

And now they're asking me for another one about Covid-19.  I'm working on that from different angles, but primarily as a farmer what I've seen about disease and wellness over a lifetime.  The barnyard can teach us a lot.

Anything there grab your attention?  I'd be honored and humbled if a handful of folks would make their way over July 9 at Rosen Shingle Creek.  You can get all the information on the libertarian party website.  Thank you.

Have you ever voted for a libertarian candidate?
